About Us
Isabelle Tait, PhD, MC, PMP, ITIL-FC
Founder - Dr. Isabelle Tait has many years of professional experience including leadership roles, project management, software engineering,
and quality management.
She began her career as a graduate of the Institute in Information Sciences in Computer Sciences working in software engineering.
She quickly progressed through the levels of software engineering and moved into project management.
Although never her primary role, she also discovered that she enjoys teaching and being a mentor and taught many industry courses
on software development, IT,
change management, quality assurance, and project and risk management while maintaining her primary role.
After receiving her PhD, she began formally teaching project management and leadership courses part time for graduate and undergraduate courses.
Dr. Tait also has a Master's degree in Counselling from Arizona State University. She provides one-on-one coaching in leadership and
project management.
